THE WINE CELLAR

In December 1999, the Codorníu Group realised its historic wish to be present in Argentina, with the purchase of 306 hectares of vineyards in the department of Luján de Cuyo, in the province of Mendoza, Argentina's wine-growing region by excellence. Some months later, in July 2000, the building of the wine cellar began. Today, Septima is a modern wine cellar, built following the traditional Mendoza system with vineyards planted in the shadow of the Andes.
